Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, corn, avocado, feta cheese, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
