Instructions

  6. Add cooked quinoa to the bowl.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  8. Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss to combine.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
