Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
