Delicious stuffed chicken breasts filled with spinach and cheese.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
- Stuff each pocket with the spinach mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown each chicken breast on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with a side of vegetables.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
