A sweet and crunchy dessert made with strawberries and crispy rice cereal.

- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
- Add crispy rice cereal and chopped strawberries; stir until well combined.
- Press mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Let it cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Can substitute with other fruits if desired.
