- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla, cocoa powder, and red food coloring.
- Fold in sour cream and half the strawberries.
- Pour mixture over crust and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with remaining strawberries before serving.
