A quick and easy no-bake strawberry dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package graham crackers
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat until thick.
- Layer graham crackers in a dish.
- Spread a layer of cream mixture over the crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Can substitute graham crackers with crushed cookies.
- Keep leftovers refrigerated.
