Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and slice strawberries.
- Arrange arugula on a serving platter.
- Tear burrata into pieces and place over arugula.
- Layer prosciutto and strawberries on top.
- Whisk balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving.
