These refreshing strawberry popsicles are the perfect treat for hot summer days! Made with fresh strawberries and a touch of sweetness, they are easy to prepare and are sure to please kids and adults alike.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them. Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy!
Notes
- For a creamier popsicle, you can add yogurt or coconut milk to the mixture.
- Feel free to mix in other fruits like bananas or blueberries for added flavor.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
