A delicious no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and crunchy Oreo crust in individual servings.

- 12 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)
- 4 whole Oreo cookies (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of cups.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Layer cheesecake filling over Oreo crust in cups.
- Top with diced strawberries and garnish with whole Oreo cookies.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother texture.
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, mix some puree into the filling.
