Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, crushed
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
Instructions
- Wash and hull strawberries, then crush them.
- In a bowl, mix crushed strawberries and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and pectin. Stir until well combined.
- Pour mixture into clean jars, leaving some space at the top.
- Seal jars and let them sit at room temperature for 24 hours to set.
- Store in the freezer for up to one year.

- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Jars should be sterilized before use.
- Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
