Description
Delicious strawberry cinnamon rolls with a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm.
- Add the warm mixture to the dry ingredients and mix.
- Add the egg and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread chopped strawberries and cinnamon mixture on top.
- Roll the dough and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for frosting.
- Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Can substitute cream cheese frosting with vanilla glaze.
