Description
A rich and creamy strawberry cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries and a graham cracker crust.

- 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 cups Fresh strawberries, sliced
- for topping Strawberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix until fully combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an hour to cool gradually.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
