Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • for topping Strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an hour to cool gradually.
  9. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, top with fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
