- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats and milk.
- Add Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chopped strawberries.
- Transfer mixture to a jar or container.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy chilled in the morning, topped with more strawberries if desired.
