- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Trim crusts off bread slices and flatten with a rolling pin.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture and 1 tsp strawberry jam on each bread slice.
- Roll up bread tightly.
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each roll in egg mixture, coating all sides.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Cook rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
