Description
A savory and slightly sweet dish featuring tender beef coated in a sticky orange glaze.
Ingredients

- 500g beef strips
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in orange juice, soy sauce, and honey. Stir well.
- Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water and add to the pan. Stir until thickened.
- Return beef to the pan and coat with the sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
- Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
