- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place chicken drumsticks in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve hot.

- Marinate chicken for 1-2 hours for deeper flavor.
- Adjust honey for sweetness or soy sauce for saltiness.
