- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes per side until crispy.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes until sticky.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang for more or less heat.
- Use chicken breasts if preferred.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
