Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes per side until crispy.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes until sticky.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions.
  6. Serve hot.
