Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced into strips
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in thyme and bring to a simmer.
  6. Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
