- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced into strips
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in thyme and bring to a simmer.
- Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
