Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup lobster stock
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill or pan-sear the steak to your preferred doneness, then set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes.
- Pour in lobster stock and heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Slice the steak and serve with shrimp and lobster sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster stock for the best flavor.
- Adjust cream and stock quantities for a thicker or thinner sauce.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
