Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup lobster stock
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill or pan-sear the steak to your preferred doneness, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in lobster stock and heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  7. Slice the steak and serve with shrimp and lobster sauce drizzled on top.
