Description

A flavorful stir-fry combining tender steak and seafood with a rich garlic parmesan cream sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, squid)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add seafood and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add butter, garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Return steak and seafood to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use fresh seafood for best results.
  • Adjust creaminess by adding more or less parmesan.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.
