Description
A flavorful stir-fry combining tender steak and seafood with a rich garlic parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, squid)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add seafood and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter, garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return steak and seafood to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for best results.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less parmesan.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
