- 12 oz sirloin steak, sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz scallops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak with salt and black pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and scallops. Cook for 2-3 minutes until opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the skillet, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return steak and seafood to the skillet, coating with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For best results, pat seafood dry before cooking.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over pasta or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
