Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz sirloin steak, sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz scallops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak with salt and black pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add shrimp and scallops. Cook for 2-3 minutes until opaque. Remove and set aside.
  4. Melt butter in the skillet, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Return steak and seafood to the skillet, coating with the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, pat seafood dry before cooking.
  • Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over pasta or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
