Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Rub each steak with olive oil on both sides.
- Season the steaks generously with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook the steaks for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through cooking time.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
