- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked steak back to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
- Toss in the cooked fettuccine and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
