  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Add cooked steak back to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
  8. Toss in the cooked fettuccine and mix well.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
