  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

Juicy and tender steak bites coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, made effortlessly in the air fryer for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the steak is evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  4. While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Once the steak bites are done, transfer them to a bowl and pour the garlic butter over them. Toss to coat the steak bites evenly.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Adjust the cooking time based on the desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for about 8 minutes.
