Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

- Once the steak bites are done, transfer them to a bowl and pour the garlic butter over them. Toss to coat the steak bites evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for about 8 minutes.
