- 1 pound Beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the steak bites with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until the steak is well coated.
- Place the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with chopped parsley.
- Once the steak bites are done, remove them from the air fryer and drizzle the garlic butter over the top. Toss to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
