Ingredients

- 1 lb steak
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dice the potatoes into cubes.
- In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak.
- Cook steak for 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest before slicing.
- Serve steak with roasted potatoes and garnish with rosemary.
