- 4 medium potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and toss them with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

- Serve the steak with the sautéed potatoes and garnish with fresh rosemary.
