Ingredients

- 2 cups of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound of corned beef, sliced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups of beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine beef broth, corned beef, and onion.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
- Add potatoes, carrots, and cabbage.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm.
