Ingredients

- 2 cups of cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup of carrots, shredded
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped cabbage and shredded carrots.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Stir in vinegar and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
