Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with these festive and delicious pudding cups, layered with green pudding and topped with whipped cream and sprinkles.

- 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Green sprinkles, for garnish
- Chocolate coins or gold foil-wrapped candies (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pistachio pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes, or until thickened.
- If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until the desired color is achieved.
- Spoon the pudding into serving cups, filling them about halfway.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the pudding in each cup.
- Top with additional sprinkles and a chocolate coin or gold foil-wrapped candy if using.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a fun twist, you can use different flavored pudding mixes with green food coloring.
- Make sure to chill the pudding cups to let the flavors meld together.
