Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange mandarins, segmented
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup purple grapes, halved
  • Whipped cream or yogurt (optional for topping)
  • Rainbow sprinkles (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the fruit by washing, peeling, and cutting them as necessary.
  2. In clear cups or small bowls, layer the fruits in the order of a rainbow: strawberries, mandarins, pineapple, green grapes, blueberries, and purple grapes.
