Instructions
- Prepare all the fruit by washing, peeling, and cutting them as necessary.
- In clear cups or small bowls, layer the fruits in the order of a rainbow: strawberries, mandarins, pineapple, green grapes, blueberries, and purple grapes.
- If using whipped cream or yogurt, add a dollop on top of the fruit.
- Garnish with rainbow sprinkles if desired.
