- 2 cups of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound of corned beef, sliced
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 4 cups of beef broth
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the sliced corned beef and brown for about 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage, diced potatoes, and sliced carrots.
- Pour in the beef broth and season with black pepper and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can substitute corned beef with brisket for a different flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
