- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package mini pastry shells
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the diced bell pepper and cucumber.
- Spoon the mixture into the mini pastry shells.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute vegetables based on preference.
- Make ahead and refrigerate before baking if desired.
- Garnish with additional dill for presentation.
