Ingredients
- Mixed greens – 4 cups
- Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup, halved
- Cucumber – 1 cup, diced
- Radishes – 1/2 cup, sliced
- Avocado – 1, diced
- Feta cheese – 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and radishes.
- Add diced avocado and feta cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
