Ingredients
- Spring roll sheets – 10
- Vegetables (carrots, cabbage, bell peppers) – 2 cups, finely chopped
- Cooked protein (shrimp, chicken, tofu) – 1 cup, diced
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil – for frying
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all your ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add cooked protein, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
- Take a spring roll sheet and place a spoonful of filling on one edge.
- Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Repeat with remaining sheets and filling.
- Fry rolls in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
- Adjust filling ingredients based on your preference.
- You can bake the rolls instead of frying for a healthier option.
