Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers.
- Add fresh herbs and shrimp if using.
- Top with rice noodles.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
