Ingredients

- 2 cups asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the vegetables.
- Add salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with feta cheese.
- Serve warm.
