- 1 bunch of spring onions

Instructions
- Wash and trim the spring onions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add spring onions and cook until tender.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
