Ingredients

- 1 cup of fresh mint leaves
- 4 cups of sparkling water
- 1/2 cup of honey
- Juice of 2 lemons
Instructions
- Wash and slice the strawberries.
- In a pitcher, combine strawberries, mint leaves, honey, and lemon juice.
- Muddle the mixture to release flavors.
- Add sparkling water and stir gently.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use other fruits like raspberries or blueberries for variety.
- This drink can be made a few hours ahead of time.
