Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whip cream with remaining sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in lemon zest gently into whipped cream.
  4. Layer ladyfinger cookies at the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Spread a layer of strawberries over the cookies.
  6. Add a layer of whipped cream on top.
  7. Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
