- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, spinach, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Add milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach if preferred, just wilt it first.
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
