Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic in a bowl.
- Place salmon on a lined baking sheet and brush with half the sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Divide rice between two bowls.
- Top with cabbage, avocado, and cooked salmon.
- Drizzle remaining sauce and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Use quinoa instead of rice for a grain-free option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
