Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet and brush with half the sauce.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  5. Divide rice between two bowls.
  6. Top with cabbage, avocado, and cooked salmon.
  7. Drizzle remaining sauce and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
