- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss chicken wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, and vegetable oil.
- Bake wings for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix sriracha, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Use fresh garlic and ginger if preferred.
- Broil for 2 minutes for extra crispiness.
