- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in bell pepper and red onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and honey. Mix well to coat the ingredients.
- Add diced mango and cook for 2 minutes until just warmed through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more sriracha or red pepper flakes.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Use firm but ripe mango for the best texture.
