Ingredients

- 200g ramen noodles
- 150g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, soft-boiled (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked noodles into the sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and soft-boiled egg if desired.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang for desired spiciness.
- Use fresh ramen noodles for best texture.
- Substitute beef with chicken or tofu if preferred.
