Description

A flavorful dish featuring tender chicken thighs marinated in a spicy Korean-inspired sauce with a garlic sesame finish.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Coat chicken thighs evenly with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust gochujang for more or less spice.
  • Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
  • Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
