- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang for more or less spice.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
