A delicious Korean dish featuring thinly sliced beef marinated in a sweet and spicy sauce, then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
- Add sliced beef and onions to the marinade. Mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the beef for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra tenderness, marinate the beef overnight.
- Adjust gochujang for more or less heat.
- Serve with rice and kimchi for a complete meal.
