- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup yum yum sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix honey, ginger, chili flakes, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Pour sauce over chicken and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve chicken over rice, drizzle with yum yum sauce, and top with green onions and carrots.
