Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 lb frozen French fries
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and bake fries until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve shrimp over fries and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Double the sauce if you prefer extra coating.
