Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 lb frozen French fries
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and bake fries until crispy.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve shrimp over fries and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • Double the sauce if you prefer extra coating.
